I have used different apps and trainers before and this is by far the best. The app is easy to use and to access the videos for a quick preview reminder or full video. I like that I can easily see what weight I lifted preciously and I like the different recipes. I have now been doing this for about 6 months and it is definitely helping my back get more resilient and more flexible. Emily has also customised a routine of stretches for my hips and upper thighs, this is going much better than I ever would have expected. My right hip is now getting closer to being as flexible as my left and I wish I had been doing this years ago.
